1. Introduction Welcome to Lords and Pirates (the "Service"), operated by iXdes Games ("us", "we", or "our"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our Service. 2. Accounts and Eligibility

Virtual Goods: The Service may include virtual currency (e.g., coins, gold) or virtual items ("Virtual Goods"). You acknowledge that you do not own these Virtual Goods; instead, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use them within the Service.

Transactions: All purchases of Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

Pricing: We reserve the right to control, regulate, change, or remove any Virtual Goods without any liability to you.

4. User Conduct and Chat Functionality

Interaction: The in-game chat and community features are intended solely for player-to-player interaction. You agree that you are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

Moderation Policy: While we reserve the right to monitor or remove content, we are under no obligation to do so. The Service does not employ active, 24/7 moderation.

Disputes: If you encounter offensive behavior, you are encouraged to use the in-game blocking/blacklisting tools. iXdes Games disclaims any liability for the conduct of any user or the content exchanged between users.

5. Intellectual Property The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of iXdes Games and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Termination We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL iXdes Games, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SERVICE.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
