Chat Filtering & Moderation Policy

Account Trading: The sale or exchange of game accounts via in-game chat is strictly prohibited.

Automated Filtering System: Any use of prohibited terminology or repetitive/meaningless character strings will be flagged by our automated filtering system, resulting in immediate disciplinary action. To maintain system integrity and prevent circumvention, the list of filtered words remains confidential.

Reporting Protocol: Unauthorized requests for player bans are strictly forbidden.

Code of Conduct

Spam & Disruptive Behavior: The use of "flooding" (repeating the same characters/words), transmitting aimless text, or engaging in offensive dialogue will result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

Advertising: Mentioning or promoting third-party games, websites, products, or services is prohibited and will result in a chat ban.

Prohibited Content: Harassment, profanity, slang, and political discourse are strictly forbidden.

Data Privacy: Disclosing or requesting Personal Identifiable Information (PII)—including but not limited to physical addresses and phone numbers—within general chat is prohibited.

Values & Ethics: Attacks on family values, religious beliefs, or any form of hate speech will not be tolerated.

Real-Life Threats: Any form of real-life threats or extortion will result in immediate and permanent account closure.

Incitement & Provocation: Actions intended to incite hostility against the game, its management, authorities, any specific organization, or government entities are strictly prohibited.

Impersonation: Players may not represent themselves as employees, affiliates, or associates of King Of The Pirate, nor may they impersonate other players for deceptive purposes.

Naming Conventions & Content Standards

User-Generated Content (UGC): Usernames, fleet names, and fleet descriptions must not imitate company authorities. Names containing profanity, insults, derogatory expressions, or political content are strictly prohibited.

Illegal Activity: Racism, secessionism, sexual content, and promotion of illegal activities are zero-tolerance offenses.

Technical Integrity & Fair Play

Exploitation of Vulnerabilities: Users who intentionally exploit game bugs, flaws, or security vulnerabilities for unfair advantage—rather than reporting them to management—will face permanent account closure. All technical discrepancies must be reported immediately.

Third-Party Software: The use of cheats, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent termination of the account.

Legal Provisions & Data Management

Amendments: Management reserves the right to amend these provisions at any time without prior notice.

Data Collection: Users acknowledge that personal data (Name, IP address, email, etc.) may be collected and processed to facilitate service delivery. By using the platform, the user consents to the recording and disclosure of such information to the Site Owner.

Liability: Users accept full responsibility for any information they choose to disclose publicly to other users or third parties.

Multi-Accounting: Accounts created for the purpose of exploiting game events, gifts, or gaining an unfair systemic advantage will be terminated.
